  • 10、It the customer forget to inform below situation, that will charge additional fee.
    • No lift
    • Pass the plat and transfer the lift
    • Line the stair to the lift
    • Walk the samll road
    • The parking is far away( exceed 30m)
    • Add remove thing(eg.the lift & small road negotiation)
  • 11、Please clear up the thing fix into the furniture, that will occur double charge
  • 12、The parking & subway fee been pay by the customer.
  • 13、After the quotation by the staff against confirmed the customer need to pay the deposit that is 30% the service charge, all the service can't return.
  • 14、That have to inform the company via telephone or e-mail before 3days if the customer amend the removing date, or, it will charge HKD500 administration fee that cover the lost from the customer can't remove as the confirmed date.
  • 15、After the removing run or in advance. The customer need to calculate the piece from the thing and please ask immediately if any queries, The company don't accept this that the customer have query after the staff left the room.
  • 16、If have precious objects, please the customer buy the insurance by ownself, if any destroy, the maximum penalty is 30% service charge and less than HKD300.

 

  • 17、The customer need to package the thing into the carto, if need us to handle this, that will charge additional fee.
  • 18、The booking been cancelled after the package has been sent out, that the customer need to pay HKD250 and the package fee.
  • 19、The company provide standard time and handling service as normal. But that is not belong to promise or can't meet to the part of the negotiation
  • 20、The company not take possibilities that caused the delay of the removing or any lost
  • 21、After the removing run or in advance. The customer need to calculate the piece from the thing and please ask immediately if any queries, The company don't accept this that the customer have query after the staff left the room.
  • 22、The customer need to pay all the parking & bridge & subway fee.
